Research shows that the quality of the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the primary predictors of client progress. If previous therapy didn’t feel helpful, it may simply be a matter of finding the right approach or therapist who truly understands your needs. I am committed to creating a safe, open space where we can explore what works best for you. Together, we’ll tailor the process to help you move forward at your own pace.
